Job summary
Eaton's Crouse-Hinds/CEAG division seeks a Customer Service Engineer to support industrial customers across Spain and select export markets. This 100% remote role will be the main contact through the project lifecycle, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups.
You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, engineering experts, and manufacturing sites across Europe to ensure a seamless experience, translating requirements into effective solutions while driving on-time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related technical field.
- 3+ years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
- Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
- Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with regulatory compliance.
- Act as primary contact for customers during project execution and provide updates.
- Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunities.
