Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds/CEAG products from a 100% remote environment in Spain. You will manage technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up while coordinating with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes technical product knowledge, customer focus, and strong communication. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with French an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales on quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors across Europe to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to improve service quality.
