Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Customer Service Engineer for the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. The role is 100% remote, serving industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets.

You will manage projects, quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams across Europe to ensure excellent customer experience. The position requires a strong electrical engineering background, 3+ years in technical support or order management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluent English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review specs and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage catalog material orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy.
• Maintain ongoing customer communication through project execution.
• Support sales with quotation follow-ups and opportunity conversion.
• Provide product support for explosion-proof equipment and power solutions.
• Coordinate drawings and project communications with internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors across Europe.
