Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business across Spain and selected export markets. The role is 100% remote and focuses on technical quotations, order handling, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams across Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction while supporting catalog and engineered-to-order products in explosion-proof electrical

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant experience in technical customer support or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets is preferred.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams and with customers.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Review specifications to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates.
