Eaton seeks a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds / CEAG across Spain and export markets in a 100% remote setup. You will manage technical and commercial quotations, orders, and delivery coordination while collaborating with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams across Europe to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or project coordination.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Act as the primary customer contact during project execution with updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity tracking.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog materials related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and project communications with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales teams across Europe.
• Collaborate with international teams to drive continuous improvement in service.
