Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG lines in a highly technical, remote role for industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets. You will handle technical quotations, order execution, and ongoing customer communication, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe for a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates have a strong electrical engineering background, 3+ years in technical customer support or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications, technical documentation and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution and provide regular updates.
• Support sales by managing quotation follow-ups and driving opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog materials.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and sales colleagues.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to align on project delivery and service quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
