Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds / CEAG across Spain and selected export markets. This 100% remote role acts as the main contact for projects, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and sales teams in Europe.

You will review specifications, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide customers through technical and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and documents to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout project execution with regular status updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog materials related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawings, technical clarifications, and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and sales colleagues across Europe.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe including engineering, operations and customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
