You will guide customers in organizing their dream voyages, handling inquiries and offering professional advice on cruise packages. Ideal candidates should have sales experience and strong communication skills while being comfortable with digital tools. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and provides relocation support including housing for up to a year.

Room in a shared apartment for 12 months

Monthly rent of 280€ with all utilities included

Remote work model

Working hours from Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00

Formación

• Background in sales, retail, or tourism is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations.
• Offer package upgrades or alternative options when appropriate.
• Deliver pre-booking and post-booking customer support.
• Assist travel agencies with booking management.
• Inform customers about documentation, prices, and destinations.
