Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Sales Engineer to support the German Corporate Team, deploying and demonstrating Falcon to prospects. You will work with sales and pre-sales to articulate technical value and drive customer success in a remote setting.

You will learn evolving cyber security attack techniques, collaborate with product and support teams, and ensure successful evaluations with clear success criteria. A fast-paced, innovative environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask open and challenging discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating platform benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Management as liaison for key accounts and their technical requirements.
• Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and messaging.
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback and issue resolution with Support.
