Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics in Europe, facilitating support for Hugo and DS1 systems. The role involves explaining complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, SUS and FSE, with on-call coverage and international travel as needed.

Applicants should have an engineering degree with robotics experience, fluent English, Portuguese and Italian, and strong problem-solving abilities in a medical operating room environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation process and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring significant judgment and own improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation and system entries are complete promptly.
• Occasional on-site support domestically and internationally.
