Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 in a remote capacity.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and operating unit; drive escalation procedures for issues.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Maintain documentation and complete system entries promptly; focus on remote support with limited onsite availability.
