Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo and DS1 across Europe. You will work with HCPs, SUS and FSEs, handling escalations and enabling remote fault resolution while occasionally providing on-site training abroad.

The role requires engineering education, robotics experience, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian. Expect a competitive package with international travel and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a capital equipment environment.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to multiple stakeholders.
• Drive escalation and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and maintain documentation.
