Zusammenfassung

Medtronic seeks a remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery and the DS1 platform within the EMEA region. You will explain complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, SUS and FSEs, and coordinate remote and occasional onsite support.

The role requires engineering degrees, multi-language fluency, and hands-on robotics experience, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and documentation in a dynamic medical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years' relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years; medical degree with technical skills also acceptable.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues for continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation and initiate field service support when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Take ownership of documentation and continuous improvement projects.
• Primary focus on remote support with occasional onsite training and support.
• Work hours 8:00–16:30 CET; on-call 7:00–19:00 with rotating coverage.
