Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics across Europe, including Spain, Netherlands, Portugal and Italy. You will explain complex technical issues related to the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to healthcare professionals, startups and field engineers.

The role requires a biomedical/engineering background, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and experience in robotics or motion control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years; medical degree with skills accepted.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) is required.
Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
Experience with analysing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement; software troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and mobilize field service as needed.
Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex requests.
Own continuous improvement projects and ensure documentation completeness.
Occasional on-site support and training domestically and internationally.
