Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian is required (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE; act as liaison between stakeholders and operations.
• Drive escalation to resolve issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Ensure all documentation and system entries are complete; focus on remote support with some on-site activities.
