Job summary

Lighthouse, a leading AI-driven hospitality platform, seeks an Account Executive who speaks Czech or Hungarian to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in Spain. You will build your own pipeline, manage a two-sided market, and target net-new accounts and expanding existing customers.

You will leverage an AI-enabled revenue stack and MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities, orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals, and drive value-based conversations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in closing sales roles, SaaS experience required.
• Fluent English; working proficiency in Czech or Hungarian.
• Hunter by nature with ability to build and manage a pipeline.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Czech or Hungarian speaking customers in Spain.
• Open net-new accounts and expand existing Lighthouse product portfolios to full-platform deals.
• Use MEDDPICC and AI-enabled tools to qualify, forecast, and advance opportunities.
• Build and manage a disciplined sales process with multi-stakeholder buyers.
