Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own the full sales cycle for hospitality customers. You will prospect, qualify, and close multi-stakeholder deals that span the full Lighthouse platform, not just a single module.

You will operate in a hybrid environment with AI-assisted enablement, pre-sales, and coaching agents to maximize effective selling time. Strong English communication and a proven hunter mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a closing sales role (SaaS)
• Hunter by instinct with own pipeline management
• Able to manage multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract close.
• Open net-new accounts and expand low-adoption customers to full-platform deals.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for research, sequencing, and outreach to focus on selling.
• Follow MEDDPICC framework to qualify and advance opportunities.
