Lighthouse, a Barcelona-based AI hospitality platform, is seeking a high‑energy closer to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will build multi‑stakeholder pipelines, target net‑new accounts, and expand customers to the full Lighthouse platform.

You are a hunter with 2–5 years SaaS closing experience, comfortable with MEDDPICC, and able to articulate ROI. Hybrid work with global collaboration. Join a fast‑growing, mission‑driven team shaping hospitality intelligence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in closing sales role with SaaS experience.
• Hunter with prospecting and pipeline-building能力.
• Exceptional command of English and strong communication.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close for Lighthouse's platform.
• Open net-new accounts and expand low-adoption customers to full-platform deals.
• Coordinate with Enablement/Pre-Sales/Coaching agents to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain strategic territory plans and 3x pipeline coverage.
