Arrow ECS seeks a Regional Sales Manager IP&E to lead regional sales efforts, driving market share and design conversion across Spain. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering and supplier teams to implement strategies, train field staff, and act as a regional ambassador to exceed customer expectations.

The role requires 10+ years leading teams, IP&E sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience leading teams
• Experience in IP&E sales
• Proven leadership of teams (essential)
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and local markets
• Ability to solve complex problems and propose solutions
• Ability to drive process improvements
• Ability to engage with Senior Management (Country Leaders, Directors)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building

Responsabilidades

• Lead IP&E regional sales efforts to grow market share
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and supplier teams to support opportunities
• Implement regional strategies and train field teams
• Act as regional ambassador to exceed customer expectations
• Drive IP&E design conversion through Sales & Engineering
• Drive IP&E projects and Sales with a focus on non-demand creation
• Develop and implement financial and logistics programs to win market share
• Implement supplier strategy and regional programs
• Train and enable regional field engineering & sales teams
• Act as regional spokesperson internally and externally
• Support Sales as escalation resource on IP&E issues
• Collaborate with all Arrow teams to exceed customer expectations
