Arrow Electronics' Arrow Global Components (AGC) in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Sales Representative IP&E to grow profitable market share and support customers across Europe. You will build relationships with Arrow's existing clients and coordinate with Sales and Engineering to convert designs and improve service levels.

You will drive supplier programs and collaborate with regional teams while ensuring high-quality customer outcomes. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.

Formación

• 3-5 years proven IP&E sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of IP&E market and local markets.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver profitable IP&E market share gains.
• Drive IP&E design conversion through Sales & Engineering.
• Drive non-demand creation IP&E projects and sales.
• Develop and implement financial and logistics programs to enable sales.
• Implement supplier strategies and programs regionally.
• Act as spokesperson for the region internally and externally.
• Support Sales as escalation resource on IP&E issues.
• Collaborate with Arrow teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Participate in regional follow-up of quotes.
