Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, seeks an Inside Sales Representative IP&E to build strong customer relationships and drive profitable market share gains. You will support sales in identifying opportunities within Arrow's existing client base and work with engineering teams to convert design opportunities into orders.

The role requires 3-5 years in IP&E sales, strong market knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish, based in Barcelona, Spain.

Formación

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in the IP&E sales area.
• Strong understanding of IP&E market dynamics and client needs.
• Ability to drive opportunities within existing client pools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver profitable IP&E market share gains across assigned regions.
• Drive IP&E design conversion through sales and engineering teams.
• Lead non-demand creation IP&E projects and sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement financial and logistics programs to win and improve productivity.
• Execute supplier strategy and regional programs to support growth.
• Act as regional spokesperson and support sales escalation on IP&E issues.
• Collaborate with Arrow teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Participate in regional quote follow-up process reviews.
