Job summary

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Sr Account Manager for Regions Spain based in Vigo. You will be the go-to person for top restaurant partners, driving growth, and owning city-level strategy in Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations.

You will build strong partner relationships, review KPIs, negotiate promotions, and improve visibility and revenue through marketing actions and optimization of operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in high-performance environments
• Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management with critical thinking
• Data-driven mentality and business judgment

Responsibilities

• Establish excellent relationships with Glovo's partners and conduct partner meetings and business reviews.
• Evaluate, follow up and report KPIs; take actions to reach goals and OKRs.
• Grow partners through promos negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance.
• Improve visible presence with marketing actions and partnerships.
• Negotiate commissions and sell assets to increase revenue.
• Address churned/inactive partners and improve operational efficiency.
