Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager to own partnerships with top restaurant partners across the Regions team. You will drive growth, nurture relationships, and execute strategies to help partners thrive on our platform.

Responsibilities include establishing strong partner engagement, tracking KPIs, negotiating promotions, and optimizing revenue through marketing activations and menu performance. Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high‑performance environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or PR is a plus.
• Computer literate with Google Docs, MS Office and Excel.
• Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English.

Responsibilities

• Establish excellent relationships with partners and drive regional growth.
• Evaluate performance, build reports on KPIs, and take actions to hit OKRs.
• Design and execute plans to grow partners via promos, marketing activations and menu performance.
• Improve visibility and revenue through marketing actions and asset sales.
• Ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency for partners.
