Job Description
- Creating and implementing a marketing activity calendar to drive leads and conversion efforts through online and offline channels
- Supporting the development and implementation of regional branding projects, with focus on growing revenue and ROI
- General marketing research, including competitor activity monitoring, to create new and creative campaign ideas
- Working with the content, email, design, and web teams to develop digital campaigns
- Website and blog management : writing, translating, and proofreading content
- Writing compelling content for partners
- Outreach, digital PR, contests and ruffles, and best practice industry trends
- Sourcing, securing and managing sponsorship / blogger partnerships / influencers
- Social media planning, research, and execution
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Organizing events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and exhibitions
- Supporting the development of SEO strategy, including seeding content and link building
- Monitoring KPIs related to brand searches, traffic on the website, and leads generation
Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you will need :
- Bachelor’s degree or above (desirable)
- Spoken and written fluency in English and German
- Relevant marketing or brand experience
- Keen interest in online trends, technology, social media, blogs, and travel
- Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas
- Experience and passion in creating content
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven success in applying strategy, using marketing channels with focus on reaching targets
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Knowledge of HTML, website management (CMS), and mass email (CRM)
- PPC and best performance media practice (desirable)
- Complimentary experience of offline marketing (desirable)
- High levels of energy and self-motivation
- Self-awareness
- Teamworking skills and Innovative approach
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Barcelona. You will be fully supported in your role with on-going coaching and training from your colleagues and managers.
