A mobile technology firm in Spain seeks a Product Owner and Project Manager to design and manage solutions that enhance healthcare through innovative mobile apps. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Sciences and work effectively with technical teams and clients to deliver quality projects. Candidates should be self-driven, highly organized, and familiar with Agile methodologies. Offering remote work with flexible hours, learning allowances, and various team-building activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field required.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and steer projects.
• Be the link between our technical team and our customers.
• Steer requirements engineering and ensure the clear definition, analysis, clarification, documentation, planning, and tracking of functional and technical requirements.
• Involve the Technical Lead and UX Designer from the earlier definition phases.
• Define development priorities based on benefit/solution to the client's needs.
• Present requirements to the development team.
• Project roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog management in Jira.
• Daily review of sprint progress with the development team.
• Communicate with all involved teams to ensure goals are clear and the vision aligned with the client's objectives.
• Maintain continuous, close, and clear communication with customers throughout all project phases and ensure excellent collaboration.
• Monitor and control the project budget.
• Manage decision-making or request extensions for the client if necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and of exceptional quality.
• Identify and manage critical timelines, roadblocks, and project dependencies proactively.
• Create associated documentation during project progress (task reports, meeting minutes, project closure, etc.).
• Responsible for correct closing of the project, validated by the client.
• Follow up with the client and project, proposing improvements, maintenance, etc.

Requirements
