Job Title: Production Unit Director

Location: Madrid (Spain)

Functions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and implement effective commercial strategies for sourcing products, as well as marketing and managing assets in short, medium, and long-term rental segments.
• Continuously optimize operational processes within the group’s three main brands.
• Create, manage, and monitor workstreams to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Closely collaborate with the company's central teams and other key departments to ensure effective cross-functional management.
• Lead the proposal, integration, and use of advanced digital technologies to optimize daily operations.
• Evaluate and model real estate assets (underwriting) with a focus on maximizing profitability.
• Supervise the coordination of multidisciplinary teams to ensure the fulfillment of commercial and operational objectives.
• Maintain a constant ambition to add value and lead the growth of the group.
• Manage a team of approximately 20/25 people.

Requirements

Education / Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Processes, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory), with French being a valuable plus.
• Knowledge in underwriting and real estate asset valuation.
• Understanding of digital real estate environments.

Experience:

• At least 5/10 years of experience in process optimization and leadership within internationally focused organizations.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing teams in cross-functional and multidisciplinary environments.
• Familiarity with the commercial and operational management of real estate assets.

Required Competencies / Skills:

• Strategic commercial focus and results orientation.
• Advanced digital profile, with the ability to lead digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in working with the following technological tools: HUSPOT, Business Central, Office 365, Reddit, Doing, Logify, Sesame (HR), Power BI, and BHP Angular.
• Experience with construction simulators and real estate appraisal tools.
• Knowledge of real estate auction platforms and other marketplaces related to the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams in demanding environments.
• Ability to manage the operation of assets in short, medium, and long-term rental segments.
