Overview

• ServiceNow: Strategic, Integrative, Advisory
• Pharma; Hybrid in Barcelona

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization.
• Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements, and facilitate alignment within governance structures.
• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals; monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.
• Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders.
• Help define lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Support the use of ServiceNow Discovery and related tools to maintain a reliable and up-to-date asset inventory.
