Job summary

Astek Iberia, Madrid, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to own the platform's technical architecture, governance and evolution. You will define standards, drive the roadmap and ensure alignment with business strategy across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM and HRSD.

You will mentor teams, promote best practices, and collaborate with platform owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT architecture experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to design and evolve enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM and HRSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure stability, performance, security and scalability of the platform.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide development teams across environments.

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a leading international company and take ownership of the platform's technical architecture, governance and evolution.

• Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, security and scalability.
• Ensure alignment between platform architecture, business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, technical documentation and governance practices.
• Lead solution design and architecture reviews, ensuring consistency across development teams and platform environments.
• Design cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD and related ServiceNow capabilities.
• Define and drive the CMDB and CSDM strategy, overseeing data integrity, service modelling and platform evolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through automation, standardization and simplification.
• Guide technical teams on solution design, delivery practices and environment strategy.
• Collaborate with the Platform Owner, Enterprise Architecture and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Challenge legacy requirements and promote sustainable, maintainable and future-ready platform designs.
• Mentor internal teams, establish development standards and drive engineering best practices.

Who are you?

• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM and HRSD.
• Experience defining technical architecture roadmaps, governance frameworks and development standards.
• Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, service modelling, integrations and data architecture principles.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and guiding technical teams throughout solution design and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and promoting engineering best practices.
