Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow) for a permanent remote position. You will lead projects, provide technical leadership, and develop ServiceNow workflow solutions to drive customer value.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications, and AI experience. This remote role covers Spain with standard 9:00–18:00 hours and on-call support as needed.

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform and related certifications.
• Ability to lead projects, guide teams and deliver customer value.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflow solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams to ensure successful delivery and customer value realization.
• Develop expertise in ServiceNow offerings and provide technical leadership to customers.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with best practices.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants while driving innovation and quality.

Remote (Anywhere in spain ) WFH policy :- 90-100% (with occasional availability — Spain)

Work Schedule:

09:00-18:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break) and on-call

MUST HAVE :-

• 2) ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS) (anyone)
• 3) AI experience , for example , cloud , GEN AI and so on
• 4) Years' experience: 8+ years
