Capitole seeks a Product Owner / Project Manager - ServiceNow in Barcelona to drive the evolution of the ServiceNow ITSM platform across regions. You will own the backlog, roadmap, and platform enhancements, translating business needs into functional requirements and coordinating with technical teams and vendors.

You will lead governance for CMDB and ITSM processes, collaborating with regional leads and stakeholders in a matrix, international environment. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience as Product Owner or Project Manager in ServiceNow.
• Strong ITSM and CMDB knowledge.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of data governance and CMDB quality.
• CSDM knowledge valued.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

We are looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager - ServiceNow to join our team in Barcelona and contribute to a large-scale international project.

You will be responsible for driving the evolution of ServiceNow as an ITSM platform, connecting business needs with technical teams and ensuring the right prioritization and delivery of platform improvements.

The role combines Product Ownership, Project Management and functional ServiceNow expertise, with a strong focus on ITSM, platform governance and CMDB.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Experience managing ServiceNow as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Platform Owner, ServiceNow Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing backlog, priorities, roadmap and platform enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM.
• Experience with ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Change, Request and Configuration Management.
• Experience with CMDB Management and Governance, including data quality and consistency.
• CSDM knowledge is highly valued.
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and coordinating their implementation with technical teams.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, workflows, integrations and/or automation within ServiceNow.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
• Experience working in international and matrix environments.
• Fluent English is essential.
