Capitole seeks a Product Owner / Project Manager - ServiceNow in Barcelona to drive the evolution of the ServiceNow ITSM platform across regions. You will own the backlog, roadmap, and platform enhancements, translating business needs into functional requirements and coordinating with technical teams and vendors.

You will lead governance for CMDB and ITSM processes, collaborating with regional leads and stakeholders in a matrix, international environment. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience as Product Owner or Project Manager in ServiceNow.
• Strong ITSM and CMDB knowledge.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of data governance and CMDB quality.
• CSDM knowledge valued.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Drive evolution and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across regions.
• Own and prioritise backlog, roadmap, and enhancements.
• Gather requirements from Business, IT, Security and translate into requirements.
• Coordinate ServiceNow initiatives and projects, managing priorities, dependencies and deliverables.
• Work closely with technical teams, regional leads, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between ServiceNow capabilities, ITSM, and business needs.
• Contribute to ServiceNow platform governance and continuous improvement.
• Lead and support CMDB governance, ensuring data quality, consistency and completeness.
• Coordinate initiatives related to Configuration Management, Service Catalog and Asset Management.
• Monitor platform and process performance through KPIs and dashboards.
• Promote standardisation and continuous improvement of global ITSM processes.
