Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Madrid seeks an Account Executive who speaks Polish and English to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a hybrid role. You will perform 80–100 outbound calls daily, run product demos, guide prospects through a free trial, and convert trials into paying customers with uncapped commissions.

On-site training for 4 weeks in Madrid, then a 50% hybrid schedule after onboarding. Excellent earning potential and clear progression paths exist.

Qualifications

• Polish speaker; Native English; 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and meeting tight targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial.
• Convert trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
