FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive who speaks Polish to join our growing sales team. This full-time, permanent role is based in Madrid with a hybrid model after onboarding, and offers a base of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions.

You will handle full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, perform 80–100 outbound calls daily, conduct product demos, guide free trials, and convert trials into paying customers while aiming to hit monthly and quarterly

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Residing in Spain – mandatory.
• Polish speaker with native/bilingual English.
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong closing and commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial.
• Convert trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Handover to Customer Experience team.
