FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who speaks Polish and English to join our growing sales team. This full-cycle role covers from first contact through product demos, trials and closing subscriptions in a hybrid setup after onboarding.

You will manage a high-volume outbound approach, maintain CRM records, and exceed monthly targets while enjoying uncapped commissions on top of a €30,000 base.

Formación

• Polish-speaking sales professional residing in Spain (Madrid)
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Strong closing and KPI-driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demos
• Guide prospects through their free trial
• Convert trials into paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience
