FH Collective Academy is hiring an Account Executive in Madrid to drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to close. The role includes managing 80–100 outbound calls daily, qualifying prospects, conducting product demos, and guiding customers from trials to paying subscriptions.

The position offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with a hybrid work model after onboarding. Native English and Polish language skills are required, and applicants must reside in Spain.

Formación

• Polish speaker and native English required.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE/SDR/outbound sales or B2B sales is preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and a strong closing mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience team.
