FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from outreach to close. The role targets Polish-speaking customers, with Native/Bilingual English, and offers €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with a hybrid model after onboarding.

You will perform product demos, manage free trials, and convert trials into subscribers while meeting monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Formación

• Polish language required and native/bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE/SDR/BDR outbound sales or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and closing deals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience team.
