FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive (Polish speaker) to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The role is hybrid after onboarding, with a base of €30,000 gross/year plus uncapped commissions and clear progression through AE levels.

The position targets ambitious sales, requires 1–6 years of commercial experience, and supports flexible benefits and travel with on-site training in Madrid.

Formación

• Polish speaker with native or bilingual English is required.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Resilient, proactive and KPI/target driven.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR; maintain CRM records.
