FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who speaks Polish and English to join our growing sales team. This full-time, hybrid role in Madrid offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions and a path of progression through AE levels.

The position entails managing the full sales cycle, conducting product demos, guiding free trials, and closing subscriptions.

Formación

• Polish speaker
• Native or bilingual English
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales or B2B sales
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demos
• Guide prospects through their free trial
• Convert trials into paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity
• Coordinate handover to Customer Experience team
