FH Collective Academy in Madrid is hiring a results-driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first contact to close. You will conduct product demos, manage free trials, and guide prospects to subscriptions in a hybrid role after onboarding.

The position offers a base of €30,000 gross per year with uncapped commissions and clear progression through AE levels. Hybrid model begins after training, with travel and time-zone flexibility noted.

Formación

• Polish speaker required and English (Native/Bilingual)
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience
• Experience in AE/SDR/BDR or outbound B2B sales
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Must already reside in Spain – mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demos
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert to paying customers
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and track metrics
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline, ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience
