FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing subscriptions. The role is hybrid after onboarding, with a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions and a defined progression path.

Candidates should be Polish speakers, native/bilingual in English, and currently residing in Spain. Expect high-volume outbound calling and clear targets within a fast-paced sales environment.

Formación

• Polish speaker required; native or bilingual English.
• Already residing in Spain – mandatory.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Target/KPI driven and resilient.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make outbound calls daily (approximately 80–100 per day).
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial.
• Convert trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
