FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who speaks Polish and English to manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close. You will conduct product demos and guide customers through trials, with 80–100 outbound calls daily and a clear progression path with growing base salaries.

The role is a permanent, full-time position with a €30,000 gross base per year plus uncapped commissions, in a hybrid setup after onboarding.

Formación

• Polish speaker residing in Spain or Madrid area.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE, SDR, or outbound B2B sales.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert to paying customers.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience.
