FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who will own the complete sales cycle from first contact to close. The role requires a Polish speaker with native/bilingual English skills and residence in Spain, offering a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions.

The position is hybrid after onboarding, with clear progression paths and a structured incentive plan including quarterly accelerators and increasing base salaries as you advance

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience
• Polish speaker (native/bilingual English)
• Already residing in Spain – mandatory
• High-volume outbound calling experience
• Strong closing and KPI-driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demos
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert trials into paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
• Coordinate handover to Customer Experience team
