FH Collective - Academy seeks a results-driven Account Executive in Madrid. This full-cycle sales role owns the journey from discovery to closing subscriptions, with a strong emphasis on cold outreach and hitting ambitious targets.

The position offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with a hybrid work model after onboarding and travel considerations as needed.

Formación

• Polish speaker and native/bilingual English required.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE/SDR/BDR or outbound sales is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
