FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive who is a Polish speaker with native English skills. This full-time, hybrid role in Madrid offers a €30,000 gross yearly base plus uncapped commissions.

You will manage full sales cycles, perform high-volume outbound calls, and drive conversions from trials to paid subscriptions. Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in sales, are resident in Spain, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial.
• Convert trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
