Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This full-cycle role leads the journey from first contact and discovery through product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions.

The position offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with a hybrid work model after onboarding and some US time zone flexibility.

Qualifications

• Polish speaker with native or bilingual English and residing in Spain.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and strong closing.
• Target/KPI driven, resilient and proactive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR; maintain CRM records.
