FH Collective Academy in Madrid seeks a results-driven Account Executive who speaks Polish and English. This full-time role covers the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing, with a hybrid work model after onboarding and a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions.

You will run 80–100 outbound calls daily, conduct product demos, manage trials, and drive subscription sales. The position rewards top performers with accelerating commissions and a clear career path.

Formación

• Polish speaker with native or bilingual English; residing in Spain.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and a strong closing mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and track CRM activity.
