FH Collective Academy is hiring an Account Executive in Madrid for a full-cycle sales role. You’ll own the journey from prospecting to closing subscriptions, with a hybrid model after onboarding.

The position offers a €30,000 gross yearly base plus uncapped commissions. The base is complemented by a structured commission plan and quarterly accelerators, with regional training in Madrid.

Formación

• Polish speaker requirement.
• Native or bilingual English requirement.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demos.
• Guide prospects through their free trial.
• Convert trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track calls, demos, conversions and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
