Fh Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive who speaks Polish and English to drive new subscriptions. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, including product demonstrations and trial management, with hybrid work after onboarding.

The role requires 1–6 years in commercial sales, strong closing abilities, and experience in outbound sales or B2B. Initial on-site training in Madrid is provided, with travel expenses covered as needed.

Competenze

• Polish speaker with native or bilingual English.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience in AE/ SDR/ BDR or related.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation and closing deals.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage CRM accurately.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience for a smooth handover.
