A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Project Manager based in León, responsible for developing and implementing production projects related to injectable technology. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in Engineering or Chemistry, along with at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production plant. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. This role may involve occasional travel and offers the opportunity to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.

Formación

• 5 years in a pharmaceutical production plant, preferably solids/semisolids.
• Experience in management of capital projects and civil works.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement production projects related to injectable technology.
• Drive innovative technical solutions to improve costs and ergonomics.
• Lead the improvement of hygienic design for production equipment.
• Manage capital projects over 5 MCHF.
• Implement continuous improvement and Lean principles.
