JD Logistics is launching its small-goods fulfillment operations in Spain. This frontline supervisor role sits on the warehouse floor, leading outbound picking, packing, wall-sorting and staging to ensure orders move quickly to courier injection.

You will manage large teams, track hourly throughput, coach on safety and process, and ensure compliance with local labor standards while coordinating with international management.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large frontline teams in high-volume fulfillment.
• Strong familiarity with WMS and RF scanning equipment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily outbound shift operations (picking, packing, wall-sorting, staging).
• Monitor hourly throughput and resolve bottlenecks on the floor.
• Coach operators in real-time, enforce safety standards, and manage shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with local labor agreements and 24/7 launch coverage.
